To enroll, enter your business and account information, then read and accept the Electronic Disclosure and Online and Mobile Service Agreement. (Your account information includes your name, the business name and a valid email address.)
Select Your Username and Password
Your User Name may be up to 20 characters in length and must contain at least one letter and one number.
Passwords must contain 8-12 characters including at least one letter and one number.
- Your Password cannot contain any spaces
- Your Password cannot be your Username
- Passwords are not case-sensitive

Print Your Application and Visit Your Branch.
Print the online application and take it to your Bahamas Financial Services Board branch. Your online access won’t be active until we verify your identity and make sure you’re authorized for the services and accounts you want to access. Please keep the printed application secure to protect your personal information, including your TIN and account numbers.
If you requested a combined view of your Business and Personal accounts within Online Banking, we’ll ensure you’re eligible, and we may require your signature on additional authorization forms.
You’ll receive an email from us within 2-3 business days confirming your online access has been activated.
Sign In
Sign in to Online Banking at bankofthewest.com using the Username and Password you created earlier. You’ll then create your Security Questions and Answers before you go on to your account. Your answers should be short, simple and easy to remember. After you confirm your Questions and Answers, you’ll be able to view and manage your accounts through Online Banking.
